All items purchased from Mobility Scooter Batteries are at the request of the purchaser. Whilst we are able to give advice on specific products, we cannot advise in relation to any specific individual.
Mobility Scooter Batteries do not accept responsibility for the supply of incorrect batteries unless we have despatched the wrong product. The product lists on this site are for guidance only and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the size and type are correct. In the event of the wrong batteries being ordered, we will arrange collection of the old batteries and supply the correct ones. The carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, select the quantity of the product you require and click 'Buy Now'. You will be taken to our secure checkout where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and all debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, royal mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All orders will be sent by professional courier.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All of our products have at least twelve months warranty, against manufacturing defect, from date of delivery. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty.
The performance of a battery is largely down to how the product is cared for in terms of charging and storage etc. Any batteries returned to us which are deemed to be degenerate, will not be considered under warranty.
